Got2 connects directly to Frames Data, the eyecare industry's trusted frame catalog, so your practice can import frame details, images, and pricing straight into inventory. Once enabled, imported frames stay in sync with the master catalog, keeping sizes, colors, and product images up to date.
What Is Frames Data?
Frames Data is the eyecare industry's trusted frame catalog, used by opticians and optometrists to manage inventory more effectively. Participating vendors include major frame companies such as Marchon, Luxottica, Safilo, Marcolin, and many more.
With an active Frames Data subscription, Got2 imports frame details and product images directly from the catalog and keeps them in sync as new sizes and colors are added.
Frames Import
Browse the Frames Data catalog by collection and import frame models directly into your Got2 inventory, complete with sizes, colors, and pricing.
Product Images
Imported frames display a photo in both the inventory and sales order screens, so staff and patients can see exactly what they are ordering.
Automatic Updates
With an active subscription, previously imported frames stay in sync with the master catalog, picking up new sizes, colors, and other changes automatically.
Setup
Enable FramesData in 3 Steps
Enable Integration
In Got2, go to Settings, search for FramesData, and toggle the integration on. It is disabled by default.
Enter Credentials
Enter the username and password provided by Frames Data, then click Save to store your configuration.
Import & Price
Set up your frame markup pricing, then use Products > Frames > FramesData Import to bring collections into inventory.
Without an Active Frames Data Subscription
No Images
Frame images will not display in your inventory or on your online catalog.
Limited Import
Previously imported frames still appear in search results, but they can no longer be imported and their images will not be visible.
No Catalog Updates
Imported frames stop receiving updates from the master catalog, so new sizes and colors will not sync automatically.
